Time for tea

In what sometimes seems a dark world, Howard of Beautiful Britain reminds us that George Orwell, a valiant knight in dark times, "thought that the making of tea was such an important topic he wrote an article about it entitled 'A Nice Cup of Tea'."

This is more than I knew about Orwell, but having reviewed his strict and admittedly controversial rules for making tea, I would have to agree with him on every point, though I never make my mug of tea as he recommends here.

Tea drinkers will have to decide whether Orwell is right that a certain kind of tea makes you feel "wiser, braver or more optimistic after drinking it."
