Defending the people
EU Referendum reports that Germany's Chancellor Merkel is insisting that the EU constitution "be resolved before the next EU parliamentary elections in 2009, warning that failure to do so would be 'a historic mistake.' She also stressed the need for the EU to have a foreign minister."
However, as EU Referendum points out, "In at least two countries the people had reached a decision. Which part of no does Chancellor Merkel not understand? In some other countries, such as Denmark, Ireland and Britain, the people have not yet been asked."
EU leaders would rather not hear from them. They prefer Bertolt Brecht's "solution" – dissolve the people and elect another.
In The Freedom Network, Part 2, we describe the arduous steps taken by the people of Britain to establish constitutional, representative government, and mention some of the Brits fighting to defend it today.
