Skill and teamwork
Australian Broadcasting Corporation reports -
Formula One leader Lewis Hamilton will be keen to secure a second stunning success and take the early initiative in the 2008 title race at this weekend's Malaysian Grand Prix.
The 23-year-old Briton, who produced a faultless exhibition of dominant driving to win the season-opening Australian Grand Prix last Sunday, reeled off nine successive podiums from the start of his rookie season last year.
This time he will be hoping for more of the same when he hits the track at the Sepang circuit, close to Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
"Bring it on," he said. "I am feeling twice as fit and twice as ready last year and the car is just so sweet, it is just beautiful to drive.
"But I know we can improve and that we have more speed and more performance to come."
. . .Hamilton had more praise poured on him by team boss Ron Dennis. . ."[I used] words that I thought reflected the unswerving commitment he's had to the team," he said.
Lewis Hamilton, of course, drives for McLaren, which is one of the most successful teams in Formula One. Based in Woking, Surrey, McLaren has had 157 Grand Prix victories. Its drivers have won the World Championship eleven times, and McLaren has won the Formula One Constructors World Championship eight times.
Skill and teamwork cannot be underestimated.
