Stop the Treaty

The Stop the Treaty conference will be held at the Webbington Hotel in Loxton near Bristol, from 11 am to 5.30 pm on 5 April.

I see that the list of speakers for the Stop the Treaty Conference continues to grow. Confirmed speakers are Trevor Colman, Professor Tim Congdon, the Earl of Dartmouth, Roger Knapman, MEP, and Del Young. They will address the challenges we face, and the actions which can still be taken to stop the Lisbon Treaty passing into law. But this will be far from a sit down and listen conference. There will be speakers from the floor, and we've heard from some that they will make their views known forcefully.

They will be looking at (1) what further measures can be taken to stop Parliament and The Queen signing away British independence with the Lisbon Treaty, and (2) if our independence is so surrendered, how we defend Britain’s vital interests, and (3) what UKIP’s future role should be, including how to make the party electable.

Pre-booking is advised. Click Book for Bristol.
