King's Speech wins in Toronto

The film, which stars Colin Firth as Britain's reluctant King George VI, Geoffrey Rush as his speech therapist, and Helena Bonham Carter as Queen Elizabeth, captured the Toronto International Film Festival's People's Choice award.

Watching King George VI fight to overcome his stutter, one appreciates (again) how hard people will work to overcome personal adversity.
