Mists and mellow fruitfulness

The mists vanished around noon. Sun gilded the green lawn, holed by a squirrel burying walnuts, ripened the pears and furnished new rosebuds, happily not eaten by three dawn deer. Living in England, I see what everyone here knows - lyrical English poets are close observers of seasons and weather. .
