Don't tread on me

James Delingpole explains why Americans voted the way they did today - "the right to forge our own destinies as free men and women, rather than remain infantilised, oppressed and enslaved as vassals of a tyrant state". It's a glorious idea that began in Britain at least as long ago as Magna Carta and really as far back as the first century!
