Irish bail-out is a bad deal

It's a bad deal for everyone.

Finally people are wondering out loud why we are sending our hard-earned money to the EU, which is bailing out Ireland, in part because the euro ballooned their economy then pricked it.

Meanwhile, to pay for the EU, we are drastically cutting services at home.

Outside of residual common sense and a natural suspicion of Bonapartism,why are the Brits and a number of Scandinavians the only ones to have resisted the Euro? Is it time for someone to point out to the Germans how much better off they were with the mark?
