Reith lectures 2011: Terror

A friend recommended the lecture by the former Director-General of MI5, Baroness Manningham-Buller, which was broadcast this morning.

I've heard only part of it. Eliza Manningham-Buller reflects on 9-11 and discusses how, once secured, a country maintains its freedom.
