The BBC: "Triple Olympic gold medallist and sailor Ben Ainslie, the first of 8,000 torchbearers, passed the flame - in a torch "kiss" - on to the second torchbearer, 18-year-old surfer Anastassia 'Tassy' Swallow from St Ives."

"Ainslie, from Lymington in the New Forest, aims to win his fourth successive gold medal on home waters at the London 2012 Olympics." Sure hope he does. He's a beautiful sailor.
