Judge protects England's countryside

A lovely, wise judge!

Mrs Justice Lang, a High Court judge, rejected planning permission for a hideous wind farm in order to protect the beauty of England.

The Coalition's renewable energy targets do not outweigh value of the beauty of the English countryside, Mrs Justice Lang said yesterday as she rejected planning permission for a wind farm. As a matter of law it is not correct to assert that the national policy promoting the use of renewable resources. . .negates the local landscape policies or must be given 'primacy' over them,” the justice concluded.

This is 'a vital ruling for the hundreds of contested wind farms around the country'.

Eventually the truth will out. These monstrous wind 'farms' don't produce much energy, and they have to be financed by subsidies underwritten by taxpayers. Then, when his expensive 'green' energy bill arrives, the poor taxpayer is on the hook again. . .
