Aid project worker and three other hostages rescued from Taliban

"British soldiers joined American special forces in a daring helicopter raid under the cover of darkness on the location where Helen Johnston, who was working for an aid project, was being held along with three other hostages."

The Prime Minister, who authorised the rescue, said that terrorists "should know if they take British citizens as hostage we do not pay ransoms, we do not trade prisoners".

We rescue our citizens.

So glad, seems like all we hear about is the failed attempts. Also glad to see some one's still holding firm on not negotiating, the only real, long-term solution.
