Prince Harry appears to be charming, handsome in a homely way, and devoid of snobbery. One of us likes the Prince's Prince Hal ways. The other is less sure. Peter Oborne voices his concerns -
'There is a republican juggernaut out there that wants to destroy the Royal family if it can. It hates everything about the monarchy – its history, its tradition, its Britishness, its long association with the military, the idea of service, the sense of duty, the position of the monarch as the head of state.'
'. . .the enemies of the Crown have not gone away, and are waiting for the arrival of the next generation in order to make their case again.' To sum up: 'Conduct unbecoming' will make the case for them.
Not a happy Prince, forced to be - what?
