This month we begin to look at the plans the EU has
for your children.

It seems that 39 of the 171 school authorities are now allowing schools to fingerprint children, which will be stored on the government's and EU's database of children in violation of human rights law, and often without permission from parents. If you are parents or grandparents and are worried about this, you should express your concerns to headteachers or the Chairman of the governors.

The EU is also endeavouring to persuade schools to take part in "A Spring
Day in Europe" and has an even larger programme this year because of the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome. At Launceston College, so many UKIP members protested, that they gave it up.

There are also an awful lot of packages with wonderful resources being sent to schools and you can't blame cash-strapped headteachers for taking them up. In the "Southwest region" one person was designated to write to all the schools in their area to remind heads and governors that, if they used these pro-EU resources without offering the Eurosceptic point of view as well, they would be in breach of the 1996 Education Act, Sections 406 and 407. SOS or Civitas would be happy to provide a Eurosceptic speaker for them.

Parents/grandparent/concerned people should check to make sure that the schools near them are not transgressing this Act. Anti-EU speakers also can be provided by UKIP, the Democracy Movement, Civitas
(for older children) or the Campaign for Balanced Information.

When your children and grandchildren grow up, some of them may face the EU's Corpus Juris. This will not be because they are criminals, but because someone somewhere wishes to destroy them, and your children will have lost all the protections of Britain and British common law. UPCOMING PROTEST GATHERING

EUROPE DAY, 9TH MAY

This is the day when member states are expected to give thanks for the EU!  The New Britain party has decided to mark it in appropriate fashion by marching down Whitehall and stopping at 10 Downing Street to hand in a letter demanding a referendum as to whether the UK should leave the European Union.  The letter will point out that the EU auditors have refused to sign off the accounts for 12 years.  The march will then go to the European Union’s UK office in Queen Anne’s Gate to hand in a similar letter to the one handed in at Downing Street.  To offer support or for further information, please contact Dennis Delderfield.  (Tel: 020 7247 2524, Fax: 020 7247 8151, e-mail: CLDT@btinternet.com)

DEFENDING BRITISH CONSTITUTION IN COURT
