The dispossession of Bushmen is reversed
Survival International, a British-based group, campaigns for the rights of indigenous and tribal people. It has helped Bushmen forced out of their ancestral lands in the Kalahari desert by Botswana's government to win a landmark legal victory today. According to the Guardian, "the country's high court ruled they had been illegally removed and should be allowed to return."
