The Cricket World Cup in the West Indies has already resulted in some interesting matches.
We congratulate the Irish for beating the much-favoured Pakistanis on St. Patrick's Day. We are not sure whether to attribute this to the fact that the Irish were speaking English, rather than the Urdu self-imposed by the Pakistanis, or whether we should attribute it to the game being played on the day of Ireland's national saint who, as you'll note from a previous post, was an Englishman.
