The Knight - Never a dull moment defending Magna Carta

Rochester Castle, Kent
Rochester Castle is crucial to John's attempt to defeat the knight-barons and destroy Magna Carta. Archbishop Stephen Langton refuses to surrender the castle to him, so John attacks with siege engines.
We have just posted the last part of Never a dull moment on the road to Runnymede. Actually we are now on the road from Runnymede. The French are involved, and naturally, once they have a foothold in England, are not inclined to leave. William Marshal devises an excellent plan for removing them diplomatically. He is also required, in his seventies, to charge up a cobblestone street on his horse and propel adversaries out of their saddles with his sword.
It's a good story with those uncanny modern parallels. We tried to do justice to it.
