Older men
The number of older men who helped to establish and defend Magna Carta is quite interesting. William Marshal, Stephen Langton, Roger Bigod, Aubigné - they were in their late 50s, 60s and 70s.
By defend we mean defy angry popes and kings, and attack and defend castles in person. . .They are found in The Knight.
Note: Of course they had tremendous women backing them, and Christian faith, which gave them their ideals, inspired them.
