All three parties in Parliament promised voters that they would be able to vote on the EU constitution in a referendum. The EU constitution has now appeared in sheep's clothing as the Lisbon Treaty. At this very hour Labour is attempting to ram it through the House of Commons without a referendum. Will Labour, Lib-Dem, and Conservative MPs have the courage to reject it and hold the promised referendum? Britain's free future depends on it. We will know in a few hours.
