The cross-party Campaign for an Independent Britain is supporting Stuart Wheeler's application for a judicial review of the Government’s decision to refuse a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty.
The High Court challenge is supported not only by CIB, but by a broad coalition of pro-democracy organisations. That is good news.
The High Court will hear the application for a judicial review tomorrow.
