We have found a website called Victorian Peeper which features nineteenth-century Britain. Praise for the site includes "Well-written", "superb . . . a veritable cavern of wonders", and we agree.
Kristan Tetens is the American historian of nineteenth-century Britain who created and keeps the site. She combines scholarship, a range of subjects, a light touch and excellent images and links.
