Green and profitable - HRH The Prince of Wales

HRH The Prince of Wales "has already hit his target of cutting carbon emissions by 12.5 per cent by 2012, in line with the Government's Kyoto target".
A small portion of this reduction is ascribed to converting his 38-year-old Aston Martin to bio-ethanol made from English wine. (An accidental choice since the producer "just happened" to make the fuel from surplus English wine. Surplus? Why on earth would there be a surplus of English wine? And why is the Prince not reducing the extra bottles in more bibulous ways?)
Prince Charles has also reduced his household expenses 15% and made a profit of more than £8 million on his Duchy estate.
Perhaps someone could put him in charge of running the Government?
