William Tyndale's dayWilliam Tyndale defied exile, shipwreck, prison and Henry VIII, and contributed to freedom of religion and freedom of the press. He wanted to make the Bible accessible by translating it out of the Latin Vulgate into plain and beautiful English. He is the apple of my eye.
