Law professor, author and nationally syndicated radio show host Hugh Hewitt has never interviewed a children's author in the ten-year history of his show.
The other day he spoke with screenwriter, novelist and children's book writer Frank Cottrell Boyce because Cosmic "is so (1) affirming of the role of fathers, (2) enthusiastic about space, and (3) a wonderful read".
Boyce, the author of Millions, which was made into a movie by Oscar-winning director Danny Boyle, was in Liverpool when he and Hugh talked. You don't often hear men talking about how children grow up and exploring the universe in the same interview. There's the fine music of accents, too. The audio is here.
