A Prime Minister who knew what she stood for
Whether you love her or loathe her, she knew what she believed and she had the courage to defend independence of spirit, responsibility, accountability and entrepreneurship. It's often forgotten that it was Margaret Thatcher who sold council houses owned by the government to British families so hundreds of thousands of them could become homeowners.
