An intimate Moore
Tom Freudenheim writes that 'Confined to relatively conventional gallery spaces, the long-awaited Henry Moore (1898-1986) retrospective currently on view at the Tate Britain presents a much more intimate view of the legendary British sculptor than we might otherwise expect'.

One of many outdoor Moore sculptures which have made an impression on me. This is the 'King and Queen' sitting together and looking out over the Dunfries and Galloway countryside. They're archetypal and intimate, strange and homely.
