The latest dioxin cancer scare from Germany suggests that this is a good idea. Buying from local farms is best.
For the local economy and for your health for a local farmer will be accountable to you.
And looking at these lovely, brown Devon eggs, why on earth would I want to buy eggs from Germany?
That would be dim.
