There is a reason that Qaddafi doesn't have nuclear weapons
"With the Qaddafi father and son preparing for a siege of Tripoli, the success of a joint American-British effort in 2003 to eliminate Libya’s capability to make nuclear and chemical weapons has never looked better".
This is the kind of job the UN should be addressing. Instead they made Qaddafi the head of their Human Rights Commission in 2003.
This is the kind of job we like to see Americans and British doing together.

Yep -- we paid him him billions to scrap his nuclear program and gave him a walk on his prior state-sponsored terrorism.
