And now the people!The people, many of them young, from all over the world, are marching down the Mall behind a line of police, moving with great care and safety, to Buckingham Palace. They are moving like water up a beach, surrounding the monument to Queen Victoria, a great Queen, to stand round Buckingham palace. They are wonderfully cheerful.
