ASDA is selling punnets of English strawberries in pounds and ounces for the first time in 16 years.The supermarket has become the first major UK retailer to ignore a 1995 EU directive ordering shopkeepers to sell fruit and vegetables in metric grams and kilos or face the threat of prosecution.
Hooray. The weather in England is beautiful, too.
