Self-defence on the rise, and it is legal
Cecil Coley was attacked by three men with guns.
"Shopkeeper Cecil Coley, 72, who stabbed to death a burglar in Manchester, will not face charges, as prosecutors reassured homeowners they can use reasonable force to protect themselves, their families and their property."
A sad story, which would have been sadder if Cecil had been murdered.
