Saluting The Few
Cruising majestically through the London summer sky, RAF fighters from the Second World War and today formed a fly-past over Buckingham Palace.. . .The fly-past marked the 75th anniversary of the start of the Battle of Britain when The Few halted German invasion plans by battling waves of German bombers during the summer and autumn of 1940.
They say young people don't know about The Few. Is that true?
