Paula RadcliffePaula Radcliffe is a three-times London Marathon winner. With several thousand others, she just ran the six miles around Hyde Park while six months pregnant. She used a heart rate monitor like the one I use to make sure that there was no risk of her baby being starved of oxygen. Well done, Paula.
